U-Haul estimate online reservation is terriable. Do not recommend it. Have an online reservation around $40 for an estimate. The estimate was $90 at the location pick up with being told that $89 for a truck with 100 miles. Ended up got a receipt with $100 because I went over 75 miles. Redisculous!!!!! Scam!!!!

The people that work there have personality like a wall. And if I ever rent a truck from them again . I will take a picture of gas gauge. They said it was 5/8 of a tank when I left . It wasn't . It was below that so I put same amount back in it. They wanted to charge me. I said I don't give a shit charge me. I just wouldn't have went there again. They should fill the truck up before it leaves. Then it should be filled back up when the renter brings it back. The way they do it isn't a good method at all. They are really not friendly people at all.

has nothing to do with location would not refer to uhaul period! would not recommend uhaul never received text until 7:19 this morning for a 7 am pick up that site was changed have text confirmattion! so much for uhaul gaurantee, false advertising there then took 45 min on hold to get uhaul at 8am this morning emailed at 10 no repsnsee yet!! poor service all around and service rep said text sent 5:18 arizona time well that would be 7:18 our time so maybe your staff should be educated int that as well the time we were at the scheduled location and told we need to go somewhere will never use this service again or refer to anyone if need me to load to system the text message time stamped will do order #24873581 and make sure you update your speel its a lie!!! $50 reservation guarantee When you make a truck or trailer reservation, we guarantee to provide you with the equipment size, location, and pick up time as agreed. Should you not receive the equipment size, location, and pick up time you agreed to, U-Haul will compensate you $50.

Keep up the great work, everything was in great working order. We used a car transport to trailer a car from Chicago to Yuma AZ, drove 2400 miles through mountain passes with a 7 % grade, for 18 miles. Kinda o,f white knuckle, for me being my 1st time doing this however the trailer (and its breaks) worked flawlessly. THANK YOU!
