B and I rental was absolutely incredible. But Uhaul service was horrible. Reservation was changed several times in one day and that's even after talking to someone that told me my reservation was fine and didn't change locations. It changed on me 4 times to different locations. Finally calling B and I rental I was able to actually get answers and schedule a truck. But then getting there to pick it up, Uhauls systems were all down. It was very frustrating on an already stressful day.
Gerald WSuper nice people, was in and out in what felt like a few like seconds. Extremely professional had everything ready and I was there when they opened at 7am! I rented a trailer, put it on my hitch did everything for me. Double checked all safety and I was down road in confidence.
John KTruck was way passed it’s prime with over 160k miles, it rode rough and was pretty beat up
