I would use this place for UHaul rental. Friendly staff and was able to talk to an actual human. The online booking sucks. The original location I booked at, the day before the move they sent my reservation to a location not even near where I was going. Was trying to get a truck closer to the location in the city to move my daughter from her apartment to avoid paying extra mileage. Waited over an hour on hold waiting to talk to someone and gave up. So I ended up renting truck in near my home and had to paid the extra mileage fee but was guaranteed to have a truck on moving day. Thank you, BI Rental.
