JOHN LSuper friendly / nice I am assuming the owner but the location was beyond ghetto ( no heat in the building at all , warehouse with strange edm music blaring in the background, the guy is definitely selling all types of strange junk out of the place strange junk is laying all over the place including couches, not to mention the “ pay by Cash App or Venmo or Zelle paper on the table or the fact no one is to be found for 10 minutes ). But I digress the guy was extremely friendly.

In addition, please check out the vehicles before customers rent them. My second and last experience was really frightening! It was clear that something was wrong with the truck.

Carl LStaff was ok but when I picked up the truck it had roaches on it. I never received a response back when I called U-Haul to see about resolving the issue.
