My reservation was transferred here from Triangle since they did not have my reserved truck. Heather at Possum Point knew my situation ( hired help on my payroll) and processed me within 10 minutes…I was on my way! Sadly, there is no penalty against Triangle and my “guaranteed” UHaul reservation since situation was resolved with my agreement. What else was I going to do with 3 guys getting paid and no truck to load.? Employee at Triangle didn’t even know they didn’t have truck. “Oh, it wasn’t returned.

Tricia DI rented truck at the U-Haul at Possum Point on July 28, 2026. The experience from start to finish was great! The store had plenty of packing and moving supplies, check out process was a breeze. The staff was very friendly, highly supportive and assisted with any questions I have had. I highly recommend this location to anyone who lives in Dumfries, Montclair, Triangle, Port Potomac. You won’t be disappointed!
