As a drop off for the vehicle I would recommend the location. The trucks were parked out back in a grassy field rather than a parking lot. Very dark at night with no lighting behind the building.

There were issues with the website. The uhaul rep there was very rude.

The mobile set up stinks. I have never done this and it was very confusing. I am outraged at the cost, but I had no choice. I didn't know I could rent it in the town I was going to so drive it to Maine and back. Too much money. Not enough help or set up. Staff was very friendly when I called with questions tho.

I went yesterday on the 29th of November to drop of the truck at this location at 10:30 am. When I walked in the employee said that the Uhaul system was down and he cannot check me in, so I asked if I have to come back later he said no he can check me in as soon as the system works again. I filled the truck with gas before I got to the location as i first received it from Waxahachie Texas. Today I got an email and a bank notification that I was charged 100.50$ , I called the location and they stated that I dropped of the truck late at 5:23pm on the invoice which is not true. So I went back and spoke to them just now and the girl who works over there refunded that money for me because I had no charges to pay and even my gas was filled up in the order I received. Still I made it on time and was not late so now I have to wait 5 buissness days to get my money back. My phone number stated on file was 774-775-2175 but I have a different number in case anyone wants to call me or reach me it is : 774-778-4095.
