I would say it was difficult to determine if I was at the right location. Once I went inside I had no idea who to speak with. Is this a Butcher or a UHaul rental place?

Too expensive
TANVEER GWe were a little bit sticker shocked price on the side of the trucks is very misleading. We offered to return truck to a location of uhauls choice to save money but were treated loke they didn’t understand the request

Marlon RThe experience was fine, but they don't always have folks on-site that know how the rental process works. Would recommend having a separate little desk or something for folks to go to when picking up and dropping off. People were nice enough, just felt a little wonky.
