Very helpful and efficient staff person at this site! Explained everything clearly, asked if I had questions, had me verify electrical connections when equipment was attached to my vehicle...thorough while being friendly and smiling. Checking out and back in was smooth!

DONALD WYou need to put a jack on that big trailer. It is very very heavy to lift onto a truck. You can hold one on in about an hour. I’ll say that, but can’t be why I bought rent it from was excellent. Very nice person. Thank you.

MARK VThe mobile check on process was I daunting. When I arrived the trucks were located in the back of the building in an area that looked unsafe and uncomfortable. It was not a secure area. It was open to the public back there next to a gas station and other homes and it was not well lit at night. I felt unsafe. I am a single woman by myself and did not feel safe during check in and check out as the check in process took too long to do taking picture of the truck to upload them to a subpar application that kept freezing and crashing on me. It took me almost a half hour out there to complete this task. The lock box in order to get the key was horrible. The medal box with antiquated locks were stuck due to the cold weather. I had a very hard time opening it in order to get the key. What happened to we are in a digital era? We can’t we get a key like an ATM? In a safe location indoors in a secure digital manner that poses no risk? When I finally finished this whole task the truck drove like the transmission was truggling to change gears. I felt like the truck was going to break down in my mid transport. This uncomfortable feeling made my moving anxiety even worse as I was paying for movers to help me by the hour and the truck was slow and struggling to operate efficiently. When I tried to report this in the app, it refused to populate and crashed on me. So I said forget about reporting it as the app sucks. When I went to return the truck again, I felt so unsafe and I still had to go through the daunting experiencing of taking pictures AGAIN! I was so uncomfortable back there in the dark that my nerves made me accidentally lock stupid keys in the truck before retuning it back to the daunting old lock box because the truck has a old school button in the window that I accidentally pressed down in the dark as I was dismounting the vehicle and closed the door not realizing that button lock had been pushed down. Why not have combination door locks?? This place needs a serious upgrade in every sense of the word. I felt like I was living in 1980! It was just horrible! Not to mention, the astronomical hidden fees I had no idea I was going to pay. When I researched this place it said about $19 plus mileage. Ok not bad. Then when I checked out it said $45. Again fine. But when I checked out lastly I had to pay $90 twice??? Like almost $200 bucks for just a few hours??!!!! What a rip off! I was upset! Not cool at all to treat people this way. Never again and I’m sharing my nightmare story!

ROBERT AThis was an after-hours dropoff, so I didn't interact with anyone, nor can I really say whether the location was "clean" or "inviting." At least it wasn't trashy. The U-Haul app had me take pictures of the inside and outside of the truck. This was at night, so the pictures weren't very clear, but I guess they showed there wasn't any damage.

FREDERICK WThis was my first time renting a box truck myself. I thought it was going to be complicated like most things these days for no reason. I was relieved to have met Samantha Conover who answered the phone when I called answered all my questions then instructed me to come to the location she was at off mountain road. She was just as nice in person as she was over the phone and made it simple to get on my way. I then needed the truck for 2 more days And was going to have to drop the one I currently had off and go to another location and start the whole process all over. Samantha then told me sit tight I'll call you right back. She called me back after 5 minutes and told me everything was ok now she called her higher ups and she was able to move some stuff around to make everybody happy! I just returned the truck again simple process! Very pleased I will be back if needed in the future! Thank you again Samantha 😉

Brian AIt's a bit funny, you have to deliver over the phone. It takes about half an hour and you have to take several selfies in the truck.

ROBERT MPick-up and return of the truck couldn't have been easier. Everything worked- except the knob on the driver's window winder. The knob came off in my hand as I was pulling into traffic as I was leaving the parking lot, but very easily went back on. No harm no foul.

My advice to people who want to rent, use the online site and register the rental you want, and go through the process of taking pics of your drivers license and all. It makes the end process MUCH faster. I did the online process and was in and out in less than 3 minutes.
