The beat customer service!! I starred out with a rough morning because of the first 2 uhaul centers.. One place booked me and then did not have the vehicle i reserved and then the second place the people did not speak english and kept telling me i was wrong and couldnt help me. Finally a friend told me to go to BDK floors and thats where we met Samantha, she was extremely helpful! Got me ready amd in a vehicle with in 20 minutes and all of the equipment functioned properly and was very clean. Would highly reccomend this place to all friends and family that would ever need a uhaul rental

We spent 50 minutes waiting for U-Haul to approve access to the key box. Had someone been there at 8am, they could have helped solve that problem but the business didn't open until 11am. The vehicle was way too old to only have 69,000 miles....tires were all rusty and scuffed and of all different ages. The engine struggled to get to 60 mph. The shocks were bad. The brakes were good. Upon entering the store to return the vehicle at 11:45am, I was greeted with a, "What!?" from a large lady behind a desk. I said two words: "Uhaul return" and she brightened up dismissing me with a "I'll take care of it." Don't deal with this location, we were 5 minutes away from going to Home Depot. Do that, instead.

The woman who checked in my truck when I brought it back was unfriendly rude and didn't tell me what my total was and charged my card before she told me . Then when I questioned the charges she gave me attitude and asked what was I complaining about. She didn't explain my charges to me to equal what I was charged.
