location was great nothing against them. but the fees jumped up when i checked in to get the uhaul. the total was not my same total when i made the reservation. totally blindsided by almost double the amount!

I was last minute in need of a uhaul I spoke with Mr. Steve he assured me one would be ready. I got there it was cleaned and ready to go! The customer service was top tier! This is one of the best customer service experience I've had dealing with uhaul.

There was an odor from the garbage dumpster onsite when I returned the truck. Other than that, the service was GREAT! Everyone was very nice. Pick up and drop off were extremely easy. Checkout steps that I forgot to complete were all done for me. I would definitely recommend this location!

First of all, the person had to be called on the phone and he sent a link for me to handle myself. He said well I’d do the same thing if I was there myself. He asked for me to text my drivers license. Didn’t ask about adding insurance. The truck had low tire pressure so that was a problem! He emailed the contract, estimates and receipts. I would not recommend this location to anyone but I wish this would not have been given to me as an option to pick for a location to use because I didn’t luck it myself!

Maybe add something that can be easily scanned to access which will ask for reservation number, instead of going through the entire website. I started going through google and it was a mess!!

This is due to the request for money (due to a citation), which no one contacted me about after I requested to see documentation about the alleged citation.

The drop off location for the vehicle needs to have the key drop off CLEARLY marked. There was no indication where the key drop off was anywhere on the building where the truck is picked up and returned.

Lack of integrity at this location. I was told to have the uhaul back before a certain time and once I arrived before that time, he said he had another reservation for 2 hours before I brought it back and that he was going to cover those charges for the misunderstanding . However, Once the charge went through I was charged double the amount.

The overall experience was awful starting out. I was told my 5x8 cargo would be at a different location than closest to me, where I ordered 3 days before, I called other location the day before to confirm. Pick-up morning I received a call about an "upgrade" I don't want. They find a 5x8 at another location across town, I can't reach them to confirm (no answer). It's time to go, they find another trailer in a very sketchy part of town. I'm desperate, I agree, it's a one hour trip both ways to pick-up & I have help arriving before I can get back. Steve assures me he has what I need. That man saved my day & good will. He worked on lights caused by a problem on my end, called around until he found a solution. Steve is a HUGE asset as a face of your company, as was the LAST Service Agent I spoke with - didn't get her name, highly anxious by the time I talked to her. Happy ending for me but the process was anything but easy. I neglected to mention it was a one-way rental at beginning but I was unaware that it was an issue. It should be a first question if your sites need to know.

I called before dropping off the truck was was directed to park the truck to the side with the other U-haul equipment. The location was a bit chaotic at first, but I quickly realized that U-haul was only one of the businesses at this location. I found Steve who quickly checked me in and we were on our way. I only wish I had eaten such a big lunch and could have stayed for Steve's crayfish boil!

Mr. Steve and Alex was extremely helpful with getting the truck that was needed. They was also very acommodating with our needs! The customer service from Mr. Steve was off the charts and a few other stores can take notes! I would highly recommend this store to anyone we know and if we need to move again we will definetly use this store! Thank you for all the help yall have done and have a wonderful Christmas.
