I wanted to drop off in Chico, for some reason U-Haul required me to take it down to Oroville. I don’t think I should have to move your trailers around at my expense and drop them off where it’s convenient for you.

It was low on gas, just about empty, but it ran well, but the lock for securing the cargo van door was very hard to open up.

the windshield was awful dirty. didn't mark the fuel wasn't full and was charged for full tank.

Gentleman could have cared less about me and what I was doing. I told him I was going to redbluff from Oroville but he charged me in town rates so when I went to drop off the car trailer they told me $400 drop off fee. Crazy

The equipment was in good condition and the lot was big and spacious enough that it made it easy to hook up to our truck. We rented a dolly for a different day but changed our minds they were able to accommodate us which was very generous of them. paperwork and was easy and fast and the return was even easier. Definitely would return for any more uhaul projects in the future.

Not charge for a day that I didn’t use. I picked up on 11/23 @ 1:45 pm and returned it as instructed by 11/24 @ 12:30. Left outside gate, dropped key in lock box, locked up truck and an employee inside the gate acknowledged I returned it. My receipt says I returned it on 11/25 and was charged for the extra time.

Everything was great! The location is in a warehouse area and I missed the entrance on my first drive through the area. Not sure how I missed it, there was a huge uhaul sign up next to the entrance.

The staff were nice but they seemed to be very lazy. No one show me the truck and there were so much blankets in the truck. My sister and I have to moved all those blankets.

24-hour dropoff at 6 pm was stressful due to sketchy neighborhood (panderers selling illegal goods on road) and key drop box very hard to find due to no signs or instructions posted on lot.

This location was great, Ron did a great job fixing the mileage being wrong from the pickup which I didn't notice until I had it home that night. I took a picture of fuel and mileage for my record and I was about 70 miles off. I showed him when I dropped off and he got it straightened out for me. Good service I'd go thru BH again.

Had a much better experience this time with U-Haul. Their app leaves a lot to be desired, but I was able to get the trailer checked in without much trouble.

Picked up the pickup truck and it had NO GAS, and was dirty. Brought it back clean and with nearly a FULL tank just to hear that I wasted my money on the fuel,

The inside of the back of the U-Haul was not cleaned out. It was full of dirt and little plastic tiny baggies. It didn’t look like it had been cleaned at all. The staff was nice. And helpful, but google does not send you to the right place it sends you to the scrapyard next-door.

the owners were polite and friendly, they made pick up and return quick and easy, they explained everything in detail and l was very thankful compared to the times I've dealt with other uhaul dealers l will definitely choose the same location again and also refer them to anyone

The web site said it was open at 11:00 am, I was there at 11:30 and no one around, I called the telephone number and no answer, called the 951-200 number for help they were very helpful. I was told to leave the 15' truck by the fence by the street and to leave the key in the lock box. That is what I did and haven't received the statement as of yet. The individual at BH Solutions was no help. Was unable to answer the last three questions because there was no one at the Rental Drop Off Location. The only reason I would recommend this location to a friend is because there is none closer.

The guy was a half hour late. Computers were not working. Trucks smelled like cigarette smoke. U-Haul put us way behind on getting out of town. Very disappointed

When the Uhaul Rep hooked up the trailer to my vehicle they did not put the pin in the tung of the trailer. Fortunately, my son saw this when I got home and put his own pin in so our trip would be safe. I would like to commend the Rep that hooked the trailer up for me, did let me borrow his Personal Electrical Adapter since the Electric hook up did not match my plug in and he made sure that all the lights and blinkers worked. i would suggest that all Uhaul places keep adapters and or different hook ups in stock so that the Reps are not having to use their Personal equipement.

They were so helpful and patient and kind. They helped me logon and confirm my reservation. The truck was clean and easy to maneuver out of the parking lot. And one of the business owners helped me even move a couch. So polite.
