I think better communication using the app to return truck but over all you do have very great and fast costumer service on the phone I was very happy with that!

Gentleman could have cared less about me and what I was doing. I told him I was going to redbluff from Oroville but he charged me in town rates so when I went to drop off the car trailer they told me $400 drop off fee. Crazy
