This this neither locations fault, but I was not happy at all about the drop off location. I made arrangements to drop off within 5 minutes of my house. Per your request I drove 35 minutes out of my area to drop the trailer. I did advise that I wasn't interested in traveling outside the area to drop the trailer, and it was requested anyway, and I did so out of respect, but customer service was not very concerned about my complaint and brushed me off. I'd think twice before renting again. I have rented a couple other times, but this time was not as pleasant as the other times.
