There is no-one on site for pickup or return. However, there is a phone number on the door you can call. The lady is very polite and respectful and very quick at getting you taken care of. My only gripe about this is the area to pick up and return the equipment is tight and takes a bit of skill to maneuver. Also there is no one there to assist with lifting the lounge of the trailer and attaching to tow vehicle. Overall great experience

Jonathan SGuy was closing deal on selling a car. Had to wait 45 min or go thru phone pickup. Cell service was bad; no data to download or upload picts & contract. It was my only option; the Mt Airy location did not have what I needed. I do not recommend this location.
