The location where I picked up was a gas station. The person behind the counter was behind plexi glass and vape stuff. He spoke in broken english to me from his chair. He didn't seem too interested in getting up until he had to come outside while on the phone with someone from Uhaul. The place was dirty and smelled bad. The person working had no clue what to do and had to call someone to find out. Upon return, he said I should contact uhaul myself to let someone know I dropped off the trailer. Uhaul should really reconsider some of its franchisees.

The attendant was not competent. He could not pull the reservation up on his phone. No computer. Then I had to give my information to him three times before he got it right. I told him my entire mileage would be 7 miles. Wouldn’t believe me, insistent putting 10. It took 35 minutes to get the key on an already paid reservation. Truck was fine. No issues. I returned the truck with logging 7 miles. I put in a gallon of gas. He wanted two gallons. I asked if the truck only gets 3.5 miles a gallon, well no. Then the man couldn’t provide me with a receipt of any kind and charged me for 10 miles not 7. Then he charged me twice for the rental entailing my having to call the main number to get it fixed but I have to wait three days to have the charge removed. Not good. He didn’t even stand up from behind the counter. Sat on a stool behind the plexiglass where it was hard to even hear him. 35 minutes! Disgrace.
LINDA W24hour convince for autodrop off, but guy there watched me but never said anything or offered help or even told me where to put it. I dropped off via phone instead.
