1. I reserved a 15' UHaul almost a month in advance only to be told that there were no 15' or 20' UHauls in a 45 minute radius (Trexlertown) which was too much of a problem to get to. They did have a singular 10' UHaul within a reasonable radius (which we used), but then we needed to pack several cars too to make up for it. 2. I was almost all the way through the check in process online when I got a call from UHaul and they made me start all over again and it took forever. The person on the phone was messing up phone numbers and we weren't getting the links to apply even though we were already almost done with the original form. The person at the gas station counter did not seem to know what they were doing either

We came in the door with a reservation and stated we were there for the 20 foot uhaul. The clerk has a hard time understanding what we were talking about. He had to call another person that guided us through the rest of the process. The truck was on site , but wasnt checked in yet from being dropped off. The man on the phone was great, the clerk didnt help much at all. Id rather deal with a different location next time. Lots of wasted time for us today in a snowstorm where we were already stressed .

STAFFORD GVery disappointed in this rental experience. The gas station that I rented at the attendant wasn’t there to give the key. After a half hour and calling customer service they finally showed up. The gas station was open. They obviously use this van for personal use it was filled with empty bottles and cups and a phone charger. The attendants phone was coming through the Bluetooth in the van. Then he made me put in almost 7 gallons of gas when I only drove it 35 miles. On top of that it didn’t print a receipt I only have a picture of the total.
