I put in for a 20' rental online and when I got there the next morning there was only a 15' truck available. There was no other choice but to accept this one because I needed to move things that particular day. Another thing was I had to talk with and do business with someone via cell when I arrived because he was not there which was very discouraging. I wasn't asked how many miles I was going that was added for me. I don't think I would use this location again.
