Made the reservation for 24 hours was quoted and paid 165 dollars. Ended up being charged 244 after they tried to charge me 365 at first and I fought it and they got it down to 244 which is still more than originally agreed on. The lady working had to redo my agreement because I needed to change the time on it and when she wrote up my new contract she did if for 4 hours instead of 24 hours apparently and that's why the extra charges but that's not my fault and I shoudnt have to foot the bill. And she tried to blame me saying I did it. Not true at all I have my original reservation I submitted and it clearly says 24 hours on it. Not to mention this was all over the phone because the guy actually working at the physical store had no clue what he was doing. The whole thing was a mess.

Charles MMs Kimi was amazing. I received an online quote for a 10’ truck for 5/16, but when I attempted to reserve the truck, my quote was dropped. I immediately called the BP Brandywine U-Haul office and spoke with Ms Kimi. She was very helpful, professional and accommodating. It was now late in the day, so I picked up the truck and returned it on 5/17, as scheduled. The truck was clean, had the appropriate amount of gas, and functional in every way. The truck pickup and return was processed quickly. The automated online process at this location with Ms Kimi was without issues. Love it all.

JANICE PI put in for a 20' rental online and when I got there the next morning there was only a 15' truck available. There was no other choice but to accept this one because I needed to move things that particular day. Another thing was I had to talk with and do business with someone via cell when I arrived because he was not there which was very discouraging. I wasn't asked how many miles I was going that was added for me. I don't think I would use this location again.
