They had a hard time getting 1 person registered to drive the truck then they couldn't put in the location where we needed to drop it off so they were told by u haul we could take it to any u haul place within 100 miles but didn't tell us to call right away to let them know. Never had such a hard time picking up a u haul before and we have rented plenty
