We were supposed to pick up our U Haul rental at Chisago Hardware, near our home. (Reservation #81423490). Then we learned our reservation moved to 5288 Stagecoach Trail N, Stillwater MN 55082. The manager of that U Haul station on Stagecoach Trail gave us zero customer service, refused to answer our call, wasn't available. We had to cancel that order and we went a couple miles down the road to BP GAS 1750 Greeley St. S. We had an amazing experience with this U Haul renter. He helped us immediately and we were on the rode in under 30 minutes. He really saved the day for us.

Christopher WHad a little difficulty gettng reimbursed for a missing blanket after it was returned. Took a few phone calls before it was taken care of. Staff was friendly though so we appreciated that. I would still recommend this location. They were very polite.
