The self pick up experience is not something I ever want to do again. While I did manage to finally get my keys, it took 45 minutes to get the Geo location feature to work. This is also not a proper U-Haul location, which was not what I signed up for, but I understand that is where the available truck was.

The process to get the uhaul was longer than expected. Als when I reserved the uhaul it was stayed that I had it for 2-24 hour period. However, after I picked the uhaul up, and checked the drop off date it had changed to just 24 hours. So now I was rushed, and unable to get it which resulted in a late fee.
