The keys for the truck were not in the lockboxes. The person working at the BP wasn’t able to help (not her fault, she was very polite and courteous). Thank heavens customer service was able to help, although it was a very long wait to get to her. Customer service rep was fantastic! I will never use a “self check in” with the app ever again.

Darell GThe self pick up experience is not something I ever want to do again. While I did manage to finally get my keys, it took 45 minutes to get the Geo location feature to work. This is also not a proper U-Haul location, which was not what I signed up for, but I understand that is where the available truck was.
Erin DThe process to get the uhaul was longer than expected. Als when I reserved the uhaul it was stayed that I had it for 2-24 hour period. However, after I picked the uhaul up, and checked the drop off date it had changed to just 24 hours. So now I was rushed, and unable to get it which resulted in a late fee.
