This location was GREAT. However, our original location, Morat AVE, was not so great. Arrived at 10am for an 11am pick up and no one was there. Opens at 7am, and NO ONE THERE. Not a great start to the moving day. Regional rental manager was great in helping us, but still not a great experience at first.
GREGORY JCould not understand the person who was renting me the truck. The truck did not come equipped with a hand truck as requested.
Nicholas KMy reserved truck was not available as confirmed the day before for this location. I was delayed one hour getting a replacement.
Sean ANot reason I say no is because I had a miss hap and they said they would rent it out to me for the same price as something else and that didn’t happen I paid double
CHARLEE EEverything was good. The employee was friendly and the process easy.
ANNE AWindows were a mess, not only the windshield inside and out but both drivers side and passengers side windows were smeared and in need of cleaning. No excuse for allowing trucks with only 5,000 plus miles on it to be allowed to be issued out so dirty.

KIRAN KIt was a bit confusing that we had to enter into the gas station and work with the attendant to pick up the keys. I used the Uhaul app and was told to contact customer service. Once I called, and after a long wait, the customer service representative did not tell me I needed to go inside the location. Eventually, we just had to ask someone and were able to get the process moving about 30 minutes later. It was a great location and they were helpful, It would just have been better if Uhaul communicated those directions a little be clearer either in pickup emails or in the app.
Josie HOFFERED DOLLYS AND APPLICANCE DOLLYS ONLINE AND DIDNT HAVE THEM. I HAD TO SPEND $200 ON A DOLLY BC THEY DIDNT HAVE THEM. THE TRUCK WAS DISGUSTING AND WILL NEVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND U-HAUL TO ANOTHER PERSON. HOME DEPOT IS SO MUCH BETTER.
BRICEN AThe people that work at the location could have a clue as to how to handle the reservation. I had to stand around for 30 minutes before I got it worked out. I'm also very upset that I was overcharged for my rental. The truck was below 3/4 tank of gas when I got it, but I was charged for refueling it all of the way
