Electronic reservation did not work! CHARGED A DIFFERENT AMOUNT! May take legal actions! Reserved an appliance dolly- only a small dolly available! Terrible experience! Over fifty, millitary family, I have moved then you, me and someone else has finger and toes added together and uhaul has always had my business but this and the last truck with no working radio or air has left me wondering if it time to find a reliable transportation vehicle elsewhere. People at this rental location nice but not knowledgeable or helpful.

I had ordered an industrial dolly and when I went to pick up the truck they said they did not have one. Put me in a really bad position.
