Maintenance on trucks especially brakes. Truck would jump as I came to a stop. I also only went 23 miles instead of my estimated 40, which they charged me for 40 miles, but haven’t received any money back or anything.

Eric WSTEER CLEAR!! Rude customer service, very unprofessional when conducting business, not timely when picking up your U-Haul truck (will deal with customers before you even after you tell them you have a reservation and put you to the side), need to have no contact pick up (has the option to do that but you’ll be dealing with the rude representative once you get there). Be ready to wait close to an hour to get your keys even though you had made a reservation for a truck. When you tell them to speed up the process because you only have the truck reserved for a certain amount of time they’ll proceed to tell you to “do it yourself then”. To top it off once I got the keys I went to start it and the truck came with 1/8 of gas in the tank and a not so clean cargo area in the back. 0/5 would not recommend this place- BP gas station 10600 Shelbyville Rd Louisville, KY 40223 STEER CLEAR!!
