Howard WUpdate website to inform if the trolley or other equipment rented is unavailable before hand. The location did not have the cart I booked and I would have preferred to be told before so I can arrange for another from elsewhere.

Berman pThe young clerk was engaged in a menial task. I had to get his attention. He acknowledged me and continued performing the task. When he did help me, he was slow.
Rodney PThe truck I picked up was filthy in the rear compartment. Broken styrofoam everywhere and it smelled like rotten fish. There was also blood all over the the floor of the rear compartment. I swept and mopped the rear compartment. It made the fish smell better, but it still smells like fish.

Ronald RThere was no U-Haul attendant at the location. The gas station clerk did not know about it, he had to call another person to have them talk to me.
Ashour TWhere do I begin? They had NO idea what to do with the trailer when we dropped it off. So much so that the trailer was still there ten days after we dropped it off and we were getting phone calls saying that we had not returned it yet. After hours (no exaggeration) on hold with U-Haul with multiple different people, someone FINALLY contacted the return facility to tell them how to close out my account. They had no idea how to do it. U-Haul needs to hire more customer service agents FOR SURE and train the people that are working at return facilities!

Carolynne KI was received a email that I received a 60 refund. I never received it. the problem is the card on file. my bank was sold to another bank. so my card on file was know longer valid. the new bank issued a new card with a new number
David PMake sure that the cab is clean. Also, I pre-registered and when I got to the location they did not have my pre-registration data.
