I was quoted a different price on the website than the final bill I received. I will be calling a representative in the morning when your call center is open and I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company.

This is the worse place to get your uhaul ! Please make sure that if you decide to go to this place to take a picture of the gas tank before driving off ! Bcz they will charge you for gas and say that you didn't put gas not only that but everyone in there is hopeless!

The location did not have my reservation information. I spent almost thirty minutes between talking to UHaul customer service and the person at this location trying to get a van that I had already checked in for. Because they didn't have my reservation, they also didn't have the extra things I needed and had rented.

The entire truck was extremely dirty upon pick up. See photos from my online check-in. When I got back this staff changed where they told me to park, and wanted me to park in some small tight space that I couldn't get into. Dirty grubby rude location. I like U-Haul and this is not up to the standards

Make sure the cables are correctly attached to the battery so the customers dont have to fidget with it to get the car started

The truck was very dirty, when I bought it back the guy said “yea that was one of the trucks that's recently stolen and I think they were living out of it”. After hearing that I just want shower because everything a had a sticky feel to it and there was and old box of new ports in the door and sunflower seed hulls all over.

The Agent answering the Toll Free U-Haul reservation number could have mentioned I was renting from a third party and for me to Google them to find out what their hour of operations are. Thankfully, while I reserved a pick up at 6pm, i showed up 1/2 earlier and good thing because at 6 they would have been closed. Otherwise an excellent experience

The workers are not clear when exposing the gas rebate process when checking out the vehicles. Also, the gas gauge was not accurate to what they originally had down when I picked up the truck. Plus, the return gauge was not entered accurately either. I will definitely be taking pictures next o decide to use Uhaul. It's no wonder this location has a 1 star rating.

This was a terrible experience Your staff was very unprofessional and rude I had made a reservation the night before, but your staff was so incompetent that they did not hold my reservation- and charged me more for a bigger truck than I originally reserved One associate said that it was “not our fault the truck isn't here” Furthermore- the truck I ended up taking was very dirty, and had a near empty gas tank I believe a serious look should be given to this location, and I will never give this place business again.

I originally booked a 9' van at another location, then customer service reached out and told me they had changed my reservation to this location bc the previous one was out of vans. Then when I arrived, this new location was also out of vans and only had a very old, barely functioning box truck. No one notified me of this change but I had no other options. The truck was difficult to drive and made very worrying sounds (multiple check-engine lights turned on and off throughout trip) but it got the job done. I was also upset that despite turning down the insurance when I booked my reservation, when I picked up the truck it was automatically added again without my knowledge. I had no idea until I was given the receipt AFTER my rental ended. The location and employees were perfectly fine, but my experience with U-haul communication was disappointing.

I was hesitant to rent a truck from anywhere after I had a very bad experience with that fraudulent scam company called Avis/budget. But I needed a truck for moving so I took the plunge, I have to say you're a good company at the very least you're honest.

There was a guy, who called himself a manager, who doesn't know anything, who brush me off to uhaul customer service and refused to help with billing because he claims this site is a 3rd party vendor. A lady came in and was able to fix the billing error eventually. The truck was filthy, I had to wipe with sanitizer wipe and several trash was in the pickets and floor of the vehicle, which I had to clean. I used the app, which i'll never use due to a random error and inconvenience. I would not rent from this location. I will leave this review on other sites as well. Horrible experience.

The representative was not around at assigned time and arrived 30 minutes late from scheduled time because they were at lunch. Upon arriving, the representative had such a nasty attitude even after he came in late. It was such an unpleasant experience and delayed the plans we had significantly.

Mark (white male with long brown hair) was absolutely unpleasant to deal with. He was beyond rude from our arrival and clearly does not enjoy his job. His negative attitude made our experience at BA storage a nightmare. Not only was customer service terrible but other customers were told they do not have a truck available for them even with a reservation booked. Absolutely ridiculous and will not come here again.

Showed up to pick up the truck at 1. Truck was damaged from previous driver. Damages had to be reported and we didn't end up getting the truck until 3 pm. Then we were told we had to bring it back at 630 before the gate automatic locked. We rented originally for 6 hours 1-7 pm. Now we were getting 3.5. I had to move my stuff in 3 very difficult hours Bc we needed the last 30 mins to drive back. No discount was offered for my troubles. Not the best experience at all.

This has to be the worst place to rent a truck , costumer service is really bad. I had to wait 1 hr to return a truck because the worker was in lunch . He closed the door and locked it . Found out that that place is independent!!!!! They are not uhal . Don't go there please go somewhere else ..

I called the company over half a dozen times and their voice mail isn't set up which left me stranded and no way to contact them. They were plenty nice but at least let me leave a message if you arent going to answer your phone.
