GARY LHi there, I was not able to use this trailer. It was returned within minutes after pickup because vehicle would not fit. Please advise if I will be reimbursed for receipt 92817495. Had pleasant experience with vendor, just couldn’t use the trailer.

RUSSELL SCheck your receipts! Every time I've rented from here I get charged extra or something is always off with the billing and I have to call and get it straightened out. I try not to rent from here but is like they scalp your reservations from other uhaul rentals in the area!

ROBERT RTruck had check engine light on. Overheated twice and ac wouldn’t work correctly. They made me prepay for gas and charge me what they thought it was convenient. Instead of making it the right way and let me fill it up! I wouldn’t recommend this location

BILLYJOE SInterior of truck was dirty + smelled from cigarette smoke so much so that I think someone may have slept in the cab overnight and smoked all night. I actually stopped off and bought a bottle of Febrese and soaked the entire interior down. I still could not run the AC, drove with windows open in the FL heat. I expect most trucks have had someone smoke in them at some point but this was literally j bearable and plain disgusting.

MIGUEL AIf you need to rent a U-Haul, you need to go to Babhazara Grocery Inc. The staff there is so friendly and great people to work with. Especially Orlando and Saah, very nice people. Tell them Bob said HELLO!
ROBERT TThey should check their trucks for cleanliness. We had to clean it up as rubbish was left in the truck as well as it seemed it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Also excessive rust present. Otherwise truck ran fine overall. Thanks. We did report the above to the owner.
