This is my go to Uhual service in Stuart, FL. They make the process much easier, simpler and fast. I highly recommend them and I always use them.

CHAZ RI was running late for my noon appointment. I tried calling the location, no one answered. I called UH directly and told them I am running late. Sorry I under estimated the time. I was still running late. I even sent an Email to notify the pickup location. When I arrived, I was greeted with scolding, yelling and verbal abuse. Like it was the end of the world that I was a couple of hours late. When you are dependent of others to help you, you are stuck and at the will of other people. His verbal abuse was to the point he deserved a punch in his nose. The only reason I didn't say or do anything was I needed to get the trailer. I drove 3 hours to get the trailer. I don't understand why he was so mad. I made clear communications that I was coming. I was done and returned the trailer by 9pm. One other thing: His partner smelled like he didn't take a bath in a week. I will never go back there. BTW. A Google review is next.

PATRICK Cfilled the van with gas to the level it was when we picked it up and they added more gas after we left and charged us for it. we drove 19 miles and they added three gallons. no one uses three gallons of gas in 19 miles. this also happened two weeks prior when we went 21 miles and they added five gallons of gas even though it was filled to the spot it was when we picked it up. i called uhual not once, not twice but three times about this issue and was given the run around and not refunded. i was told that a manager named emilio would be calling and guess what? he never did. probably because he does not exist :)
CARRA CEven though there was only 1 employee on site, he was very prompt & helpful. My only complaint is that I purchased supplies which were MUCH more expensive that the u-haul dealer in north palm bch. I thought I would help out the smaller business but I didn't expect to pay twice as much?

HAN PThe van I ordered was not returned by the previous client, so I was offered a small box truck. While I appreciate the solution to the issue, I didn’t want a box truck. I took it because I had no choice at that point. The first truck I was given had a check tire light on. I told the rental rep and he gave me a different truck. It smelled like urine and had bugs in the cab. Aside from that, the check-I. And drop off process was fine. The trucks need to be sanitized at the least. It drove fine and got decent gas mileage. As far as whether I would recommend this location-I don’t recommend places usually-whether they are good or bad. I wouldn’t go out of my way to not recommend them.

WILLIAM VIt would really be nice to have a jackstand or putting it to the car after it’s loaded. Also had to have a special pin for for the hitch that is not a standard hitch pin had to go spend another $15 for a special lock to put on there.

Rodney RThe car trailer had a left bulb out, left strap ratchet badly rusted making it very difficult to use, and during the trip, I discovered that the license plate was hanging on by a prayer and a tie wrap which resulted in losing the plate somewhere in SC.
JOHN GUhaul is inside the Rocket gas station. The Uhaul persons name is Orlando and he is professional and personal. The owner of the Rocket gas station does NOT maintain a nice store and the landscaping is a mess. But in the store, at the Uhaul counter is Orlando who is always eager to please. So rent your Uhaul truck from Orlando at the Rocket gas station/ convenience store (lowest price gas in town). Orlando and his Uhaul are great!

RICHARD KWhen you put a hold on a certain amount of money for the rental, you need to refund in a timely manner. Rented Monday haven’t received my refund.
harold lI will say their customer service was very good. I rented one truck and when i arrived at my destination, we discovered the back of the truck had not been cleaned and stunk like a landfill. However, when i called and expressed my discovery, they were quick to let me come back and trade the truck for another one and did not charge mileage and adjusted the bill for the difference of cost between the 2 trucks. Overall i was satisfied with the service.

JEAN FI received the worst customer service I have ever received in my life at the Baba Zara gas station U-Haul location. I have videos of how the guy was yelling at my girlfriend and telling us to fuck ourselves trying to overcharge for boxes. We already paid online for and then also charge us to park our car while we used their U-Haul. Then the era on your guys‘s part had to be fixed by me calling customer service because your service station didn’t even even bother to fix any situation. I am probably will never even use U-Haul again again from that experience. I can’t believe believe you let a company like that or a service center treat customers like that you’re gonna be losing business left and right from that location if you have any questions or would like to see the videos, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I would love to see them get shut down. I could not believe how we were treated.
