Location would not accept the key to the uhaul after I had already dropped the uhaul off utilizing the app successfully. I noticed the drop box for keys was removed and the store attendant said they no longer do uhaul even though I had used this location before back in April and I had already dropped the truck off successfully via the app
MATTHEW JWorse experience ever. The original reservation location no longer services U-Haul. Someone called the sheriff dept on me for trespassing. I had an 8am reservation and wasn’t able to secure my rental from a different location until almost 10am. I had an appointment to pick up over 100 miles away and had to reschedule for the following day. The truck had 65 miles to empty when I picked it up.
BRANDON WThe attendant was clueless about our reservation and confirmation of truck and made us late to our site where we had hired help for a move!
Kelly HI once again was charged for insurance when I clearly chose no insurance when I reserved the trailer online. I attempted to call the uhaul franchisee and nobody answers the phone. What do I need to do to have this insurance removed and how do I keep this from happening in the future? I believe this practice is known as "packing " and it's legality is questionable at best. Not happy!
