They had a good selection of vehicles - better than most. The guys were nice, accommodating. I would use them again.

Gerald GThe owner was rude and not helpful. I had to wait a long time because he was on a personal phone call. He lied and said the brake lights and turn signals were working, which they were not. He also wanted me to hook everything up. I am 77 years old and can’t get now on my knees anymore.
TURLEY MCharged me $5 to park my car there. Never had that at a U-Haul rental location before. Less than 1/4 tank of gas. The cab was dirty. I will not use that location again.

Glenn TI was scheduled for a 7 am pickup. The trailer didn’t arrive until 8:45 I almost got into a fight with the guy returning the trailer because he said he was not supposed to be back until 9 am I made a complaint on your chat and I am still waiting for a return call. To address this issue

I had made a reservation at a different place and got a text from uhaul saying my reservation was changed, I went to the new location to get the truck only to find the gates locked and googled the company to see when they open(Monday morning , it was Saturday). Called Bubba bubhazar and they told me come over. He saved my moving day and will always get my business.
Tammy AMy pick up location was changed by UHaul the day before. This location was less convenient and further away. I told the pick up agent my preferred drop off location 3 times but he still put a different location on my contract.

Anthony OThis location was fine. Original location 1.5 miles away no longer existed and caused much confusion. Would have been much better to have an accurate locations system.
Jack FConfirmed our truck the day before. 20minutes before pick up, we were called and told they did not have the truck. We were forced to take a smaller truck and make several trips which cost more time and money that could have been avoided. We were offered no compensation, and will use a different company in the future.

carlos cI've used this location over three times and have never had a complaint. They always have equipment, are courteous and quick. The location is also very convenient to picking up & dropping off if you're not used to driving bigger vehicles. If you need a truck in the Stuart area, they are the place to go; other places would be closed, out of business or wouldn't have the truck I reserved when I arrived. Not a problem with Babhazara Grocery.
