MICHAEL WThe Man behind the counter originally rented me out a U-Haul that had a dead battery. Then he gave me the keys he told me it has a full tank bring it back with a full tank. After turning it on it was at the ¾ mark (not at a full tank) and when I took a picture in to show him he didn't want to see it he just said "bring it back the same way". When I returned it he didn't want to check it out with me to make sure there was no damage on my end. Just that I'll be billed later. My bill receipt says I should have been charged just over $97 but I'm currently being charged $102.37... So now I have to go back and find out why I'm being charged an extra $5 without any notice. Very dishonest but I didn't have any issues with replacement U-Haul.

CHRISTOPHER TWhen I picked up the vehicle it had only 1/4/ tank of gas. They told me to bring it back at 1/4. I had to put gas in it to make it to where I was going and back. Not knowing how many mpg truck got I put what I thought was needed in. When returned there was at least 3-5 gal. more in the tank @ $3/gal - $9-$12 they nicked me for. The inside of the truck was sticky and dirty as hell. The window was so dirty I had to clean it just to see to drive out of the lot. The check engine light was on the whole time. The transmission needed serviced. It wouldn't shift out of low (auto transmission). Then you would be going along at 55 mph and it would shift into a lower gear. Truck ran like shit. Probably never serviced. All and all this is the last time I rent from that location. I have rented from Uhaul before and I never had a vehicle that was in as shitty shape as this one.

MARK EThis company tried to scam me. They changed my card twice, and bring an imaginary charge for more than 246 miles. While I only used the truck for 33 miles. I was over charging more than $251.
CARLO GLot was dirty, crowded, full of trash and weeds, and disorganized. Attendant didn’t get out of his chair or offer any help to load my equipment. I’m 70 years old. He told me to go pick a trailer and hook it up, then he sent another young attendant to go outside and check the trailer # and hook up. The only available trailer was backed against a wall and there was a u-haul truck in front of it so I couldn’t back up to the tongue. I had to drag the trailer about 20 yards to my vehicle.

RUSSELL SCheck your receipts! Every time I've rented from here I get charged extra or something is always off with the billing and I have to call and get it straightened out. I try not to rent from here but is like they scalp your reservations from other uhaul rentals in the area!

ROBERT RTruck had check engine light on. Overheated twice and ac wouldn’t work correctly. They made me prepay for gas and charge me what they thought it was convenient. Instead of making it the right way and let me fill it up! I wouldn’t recommend this location
