This was our first time renting from U-Haul and could not get the app to work. All it took was a phone call to Mr. Dave and he was very helpful and helped use over the phone. Would definitely use them again if needed.

George TPick up was quite challenging. I guess U-Haul changed my pickup to be a self checkout without telling me. Was a challenge getting in contact with the proprietor to get it worked out. Truck had a broken visor that constantly drifted into the driver's line of sight. The window crank handle was missing the knob.

David PState the rental pick up location is in Brat Fl. Not Century Fl. other wise was very very satisfied with the service. Looking forward to Rent from again!!!
Shelia FProlly wouldn’t recommend this location due to the fact that it’s deep in the country and I had a hard time getting service to return my rental on my phone but other than that, there were no problems

barnie jdrop off location was only usable by app. Uhaul assigned me to a different drop off location. had to call 800 number and wait on hold for 15 minutes before someone answered. Had customer service change the drop off location then got hung up on or lost call connection. downloaded app, but the app could not locate me when I tried to drop off equipment. tried connecting for over 30 minutes unsuccessfully. eventually called original pick up location gave them the mileage and location and dropped keys in lock box. whole process took over 1.5 hrs. App was terrible and unreliable. Personnel were not well trained.
