The vendor charged me double for the rental. I picked up the rental on 9/13/25 at 5:00 PM. I returned the rental on 9/14/25 at 9:00. The contacted the vendor (spoke with Stephanie). She said she would look into it and get correct and call me back. She did not do that. I have since called her several times and she will not return my call.
