Very helpful. Uhaul customer service messed up our drop off location three times saying that we were dropping off our equipment in South Dakota when we were supposed to drop off in Lake Havasu City. This location in Lake Havasu city was able to fix that for us. They were very nice and helpful. They took care of us.
