Small location but the staff was friendly, helpful and personable. The truck I rented had lots of miles on it and had been beaten by customer. However, it was clean as it could be. It was a great overall experience renting from this location.

I did not understand the drop boxes, I put my key in the red box. I think but don't know that the black boxes were for share program. They checked me in with the accurate information. Always had good service out of them.

I reserved a 15 foot truck several days in advance. When I arrived at the Woodland Lane location, where my reservation was, they told me that they had no truck for me because the system overbooks reservations. I had to drive almost into North Carolina to get a truck. I didn't time it, but it was about an hour to get the truck and another hour to get back.
