I had a reservation which I made online. The day before pickup, I was told to drive nearly to NC to pick up my truck. They did not have the 24 blankets I preordered. When I dropped my truck off I was charged over $340 more than my reservation. It appears that the location I picked up the truck started an entirely NEW reservation and canceled my online reservation. The I was charged for a “Wrong Location” drop off even though I took it to the location in my reservation. I had to make two trips to a different uHaul location to get the blankets. The moving help for the load did a good job however they only worked for half the time and I was charged for 4 full hours. The truck was in good condition and was clean.
DAWN HThere was a safety pin holding a ramp in that was missing causing the ramp to drag.

SPENCER VRep did a walk around before I left, he asked about any issues. I pointed out a tire strap was frayed and about 1" shorter than the other one. He made a note of it. Note to Uhaul...tires and rims on cars are larger, increase the length of the tire straps. No issue with turn in, would reccomend this location.
