I checked-in and paid for the U-Haul several day's in advance. When I arrived, it took them 45 minutes to get my U-Haul because it wasn't at the location, they did not have a Dolly which I pre-ordered, and no one in the office was wearing a mask. And of course when the woman went to get my U-Haul she wasn't wearing a mask. In a pandemic that just isn't right.

My reservation got changed to a location 49 mins away! When I got to 2nd stop I was told they didn't have any trucks. After much arguing I got a truck. This put my whole day over 2 hours behind and was very upsetting. Most likely won't ever use uhaul again. Not a good experience

The office smells like somebody is actively smoking a cigarette, the truck was not even swept out, and, worst of all, not one of the three employees I interacted with was wearing a mask. This made me very uncomfortable and I will not return to this location. Not to mention masks are a legal requirement in PA...

Poor location, although not much can be done about that. Van was disgusting, changed my order multiple times, nowhere to park van after drop off, and over charged for both equipment and mileage. Never using this location again. Terrible.

I am in my 60s. So I was disappointed that no one at this uhaul location was wearing a face mask. This is poor business practice. More than one thousand people are dying per day from Covid. The governor of Pennsylvania has mandated masks. It shows a lack of respect and consideration for the customer. I felt that I had to wipe down inside of truck (both front and back). Additionally, the person who put the dollies in the back of truck left them on the wheels, when I picked up. So the dollies were rolling around and making banging noises the whole time I drove home. The location is hard to get in and out of- but that's ok. It was managed.

I paid for a dolly which wasn't there when we picked up truck. Men working there were not very nice and not wearing masks.

I brought the truck back with extra gas. He didn't inspect the truck. I got no receipt that I dropped if off. Bizarre.

the truck had a few issues that were sub par. 1. the ignition key would not turn sometimes. I would turn the wheel hard to the left and right 4 or 5 times while turning the key and it would not turn. Then when you were starting to think you were stuck, it would turn for no reason. Also the right mirror was loose and would not stay where you wanted. I tried to tighten the allen wrench but it would not go either in or out. Every time you shut the passenger door, you had to re-adjust the mirror which I had no passenger so I had to get out and walk around the truck to re-adjust.

drop off was easy. The location is very busy with a lot of traffic. The location is part of a garage. I pulled in but they were busily trying to move cars out. They stopped traffic and directed me to leave the car across the street. As I was locking up and crossing the street-the guy took the key and said I'd get an email after he checks it in.. I did get that email-all went well

When I picked up the van, there was a pair of used gloves in the door pocket. Given the current public health circumstances, it was unclear if the van had been disinfected between rentals. I wiped down the steering wheel with a disinfectant wipe and it was filthy. Please do a better job of sanitizing your vehicles to keep everyone safe.

Online it said I could get the vehicle at 7am but really it opened at 8:30am. When the guy got there he was very nice and we got on our way quickly after. However, it is definitely something to note since we were an hour and a half late on our schedule.

Since we are in the midst of a pandemic it would be good if the rental company cleaned the touchable surfaces. There were small drips and minor dirt that made is obvious they don't wipe things down inside the cab. Under normal circumstances, it would not have been considered dirty, but the circumstances are not normal. The touch free return allows you to simply show that the cab is not full of garbage but it is not possible to see if it is clean enough to be sanitary.

Too small and charged me fir the return when I had prepaid. Drppped the truck off at 5.30 pm and they didn't enter return in the system until the next morning. I had to spend too much time on hold to straighten it out.

Nowhere to park our car to pick up the U-haul. Had to walk across a super busy highway to get there once parking at the gas station across the street (because no parking). The staff was very kind but I wish the place was more accessible. Covid related: no one wore a mask which made me uncomfortable. I was wearing a mask and the manager said that masks are stupid and that this is all a hoax. I'm pretty sure it's required by law in PA to wear masks inside an establishment.

I am a local business owner and I am very close to this location in BalaCynwyd, its quick pleasant service it may not be much to look at but I am not eating there. They also fix cars so its what it should be. I am Happy w/ that location, what I am not happy about is how the Uhal website pushed my reservation to another location, I had to go back in several times to fix and in the end it still pushed my reservation to another location. Very irritating, triple check location, its almost as though someone is getting a kick back to rig the site.

I originally had a reservation for 0900 at the 6141 Lancaster Ave, Philadelphia that could not provide my truck due to systems issues. I drove 2 hours to find out they couldn't give me the truck. U-Haul needs to find a manual checkout process in times when eSysrems fail. I was about ready to drive 2 hours home and back the next day until I stopped by Bala and Poncho was able to rent me a truck in the afternoon. Very impressed with Bala but disappointed in Uhaul that I lost half a day of moving due to systems issues.

I enjoyed the service at this location but I will never go back to your location at 61st & Lancaster ave I was disrespected, lied to and was not able to rent a van because he said the system was down he also spoke disrespectfully to my wife and my son almost got into a fight. I will tell my family and friends never go to that uhaul at 61st & Lancaster but I must once again thank you for the courteous service we received at your Belmont ave location.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had. The guy that has sled this was rude, recorder incorrect mileage to start which I had to bring to his attention. There was trash in the center console that was left behind by his employee which he said used the truck to ride up to the yard and then charged me a fee. I called and he wouldn't give me a second to even discuss any of this. Horrible service, will not use again and will make sure that no one in the area considering a rental will go here either.

I called the supervisor and she never returned my call. My truck had mud all over it and barely any gas. They also didnt have the extra items the booking agent on the phone said they did. I was charged $40 gas charge when i returned it with the same amount and uhaul never checked my truck back in so i had to deal with that the following day as well.

U-Haul advertises "$19.95" but the bill is always much higher. Extra charges that the customer is not made aware of. With gas, my entire haul experience cost me over $60.

The attendant came out and completed the check out process so we did not have to do this using the app. We were checked out and done within 5 minutes. The only challenge is this location sits right off busy Belmont Avenue right before the I-76 entrance/exit and there's no real additional parking to get safely out of the road which posed a challenge for the person following the truck here to take the driver back to where they need to go.

Shop is too small. Too close to on coming traffic. No parking, and frankly it's just unsafe to be that close to traffic when attempting to get out of your own car to go into the tiny shop. There are no barriers to separate the shop from the oncoming traffic. Poor location!

the provided blankets were soaked the trip was converted into a intown without notification when i tried to adjust the intown to an out of town i was told i could not and had to return it. i was then transferred to multiple people to get a refund and make an official complaint i was even transferred to the same person twice at one point. was told i would get a call about the incident and was never called just got an email saying the refund was approved. upon attempting to return the uhaul getting the truck in an acceptable location was aggrovating as tey did not have good drop off location for the trucks.

Very easy drop off. They just wanted the keys and I got the receipt by email. Place is basically an old garage/station, but they were honest and I was in/out.

tight spot to get in and out of, not a lot of room to operate and on a busy street, but personnel was friendly and dropoff was very quick, easy, and straightforward.

Was handed the keys and told to walk across a busy street in order to find the van matching the code on the key. Upon starting the van, notd low tire pressure in left rear tire and pulled around the block and up to office to inform them. They said no worries, the light comes on all the time. Proceeded to make the move whcih totalled 8 miles in all, only to receive the re eipt vai email staing i had driven 25 miles. The staff never checked me in, and never came out when I returned the van to their lot. I am truly disappointed in this experience since I have used Uhals for numerous moves in the recent years, and always checked in and out of the vehicle with a representative doing so with me in person.

The pick up location was great, and everyone was very helpful. My issue was the overall unsupported experience. I booked my uhaul online and picked a location close to me. The system picked the next best location but didn't inform me or contact me on the change. So I had to go around multiple locations before getting the right one. I will not be booking through uhaul again
