It was easy to find and easy to rent BUT this was the dirtiest Uhaul I have ever rented. Someone spilled paint in the back of truck never cleaned so we had to put blanket down and it smelled like paint. There was garbage in the front door pockets like rotting food. The front was not wiped we had to do it. There was no oil I had to get some and no window washer fluid I had to get These should all be done from last time Not me have to do.

Better tires for the uhaul kept getting stuck it took 4-5 hrs out of my 12 hr day of moving to get unstuck.

Terrible customer service. Absolutely awful. He did not have the two dollys and the two trolleys that I had reserved. He had no clue how to invoice us. He had to call the backoffice. He took over 35 minutes to get us the key to the truck. The gas tank cap was left open dangling from its chain. Never once apologize for the inconvenience of all of the above. He was more eager to get back repair the vehicle in his automotive shop than being helpful and providing decent customer service. Take away the franchise license from this operator. He honestly didn't give a shit about us as customers.

The customer service was so good at this location! They even hooked up the trailer for me, not like every other location I have been to where they just send me to hook it up and then they come and simply take a picture (I even had to haul the trailer around parking stalls on my own at another location). These guys go above and beyond to make the customer experience great! Highly recommend this location.

The check engine light was on from the start. The rear seal on the door leaked and things inside got wet. The pickup was promised for Sylvan Lake but I had to pick up in red Deer. No lock for the back cargo door

The gentleman was not helpful and polite. Overall the experience is a nightmare. And I don’t understand why I am being charged for extra $51 from the recent communication with U-Haul. I will never ever use your service again. And will never recommend your service to all the people I know.

Well non one asisst me there because the shop still closed I returned the truck online and dropped the key in a box. More easy and convenient for me. Thanks uhaul was a big help for me to transfer all my stuff...

The truth when booking. Blankets and tie downs and also directed to proper place to drop off. Spelling of my name properly after clearly telling them so refund check is correct

Have everything inspected before pick up. Two tires needed replacing....near bald and one had a nail in it. Representative had to come to location at end of day and switch them!

These folks were great to deal with. I received friendly, cost effective service. I had to return the truck outside business hours and messed up on the app (my fault). I brought in photos on the next business day and they finished the process for me. I would definitely use them again in the future.

How about tell customer how this is to be done Pick up was great Took back early however they closed early so called them Just park truck in road yes on the road!!! No room at business for uhaul to be there Drop key in drop box Then said to do online stuff Woohoo could not take proper pictures as truck locked and done Felt very very wrong

The exterior of the truck was absolutely terrible and should not have been sent out in that condition. Interior was very clean and unit was in good mechanical condition however am still waiting for an explanation as to the charges on my agreement as was charged for an extra day when unit was returned well ahead of the two day rental that was asked for. Would appreciate this being looked into, thank you!

The agent was friendly enough but the costs were not explained and I ended up paying for 3 days of rental and insurance when I only had the trailer for 50 hours. Just over 2 days. Also, I had to clean out the inside of the trailer and the outside was dirty as well.

The location is great but the vehicle is so dirty. The side mirror and windshield is so dirty with mud and it’s difficult to drive at night. It’s dangerous to be honest esp. if you’re moving at night. The vehicle’s tire needs changing. There’s a lot of times that the vehicle were stuck on snow mud.

4 pin trailer light connectors are outdated and I was not aware I would need an adapter before I hooked on. The trailer's fenders were smashed up. The store owner was rude and the trailer did not come with a secondary securement pin for the hitch. The inside of the trailer was also dirty.

We were the only people waiting to pick up a truck, and it took an hour. Person helping continued to try to upload drivers' licenses over and over while the app wasn't working, but didn't communicate that. It wasn't until we got very upset that he finally explained what was going on when we started to inquire about who we could call to help, etc. Once we were put on the phone with someone, it was solved very quickly. An hour delay on a move day with travel to another city involved was incredibly unhelpful, nor was the service, communication and critical thinking of this staff person. The truck itself was in very poor condition. A headlight was burned out, there were cigarette ashes and smell in the cab, the vents smelled like burning oil. When travelling at highway speeds, it was incredibly noisy and the seals around the doors and windows were loose. This was both uncomfortable and scary.

Thanks to the kind and helpful employee at the drop off address we were able to solve the issue of the trailer technically never left Valemount, BC. All records were set straight and he called during his busy work day at his shop to discuss the situation with Uhaul personally. Thank you to this man.

The A/C was not working. I get a text at 6:12 pm from Temple Gas Plus insisting i drop off the Uhual at their location, which is 30 minutes from where i was. Before i left red deer i asked the customer service guy what would be the nearest uhual so i don't have to drive far. He gave me the address of 14555 symon valley. It was only 6 minutes from where i was. So i took it there.

Fulfill the customer requested drop off location on one way rentals instead of some other random location and allow the customer to change the drop off location at any point prior to return date on one way rentals. Also it would be nice if your customer service representative would actually listen to the customer instead of just talking over them.

You could provide better follow up with the company. I had my truck book 1.5 weeks ahead and followed up with the online check in and when I went to get my truck I was informed that there was no booking as the truck had been stolen and I was suppose to be phoned by you people but was not. Very disappointed with your company.

the truck was a little dirty in the cup holder part covered in spilt coffee and had been smoke in so it had a horrible air freshener (tree) thing hanging in it. but other than that was good

You overcharged me and took it out of my account before the situation was resolved, I am not happy with your service at all. Had to wait an hour to pick up the unit, gas tank was near empty, and I was charged for extra mileage when I clearly had the rental for 3 days!!!
