tayjuh sI was stuck in red air for two days with no way to get the vehicle home when I finally figured it out the truck that came to rescue me from two hours away had the wrong ball and a lock on her hitch with no key. Half hour after closing time I had to get my money refunded we left went back to my car and try to get the lock out. When that happened we immediately drove the block and a half to the shop and luckily the owner was still there and agreed to let us go by a receiver as her ball was arrested on her receiver an hour and a half after closing, I got my trailer and was on my way to load my car.(which is a completely different fiasco.) Wonderful and pleasant to deal with all the way through

Gilliat Ji rent u haul and i deposited$125.00 and the dispatcher told me i get a refund but until now i didnt recieved any refund..
