There were no signs at all indicating where I was supposed to leave the keys. I had to spend about 25 minutes going into different stores and boutiques asking where I could drop off the U-Haul keys. Only one person finally told me that it was actually behind the building. There were no signs, no arrows, nothing written anywhere, and no instructions provided. This was a very poor experience for me.

ANGELA RPut the key lock boxes on the front of the building. I had to drive around the back of the building. It took extra time. The pickup location MSP in Franklin, TN has the key lock boxes right in front of the building by the front door.
