Since everything Uhaul on app… poor wifi at this site so if haven’t done all you need on the app will be challenged Owner did prompt me to contact my car insurance to avoid paying additional 50$

Drop box in the back, might want to share that going forward. Everything else was perfect.

James TA common problem with uhaul trucks I have used in the past is that the heater or air conditioner doesn’t work or just barely. The air on this truck was not really working. Made noise but didn’t get cool and didn’t blow from the vents.

Mark GI returned with more gas than I received, and I was still charged $20 after returning. This is insane, they’re definitely other options and I will choose them in the future. I rented the mats and still had to go to another location to pick them up instead of being able to pick up all at once. My movers call me the day prior saying they were in route to move me. Everything about U-Haul was kind of screwy.

James TThere were no signs at all indicating where I was supposed to leave the keys. I had to spend about 25 minutes going into different stores and boutiques asking where I could drop off the U-Haul keys. Only one person finally told me that it was actually behind the building. There were no signs, no arrows, nothing written anywhere, and no instructions provided. This was a very poor experience for me.

JOHNNIE NPlease remember to tell customers that the drop box for the Uhaul key is located in the back of the store. Also, there is no clear location for parking 15 ft. Uhaul
ANGELA RPut the key lock boxes on the front of the building. I had to drive around the back of the building. It took extra time. The pickup location MSP in Franklin, TN has the key lock boxes right in front of the building by the front door.
