Alan BNo one at drop off location. Was told to just leave trailer at 2pm. Address for drop off location is wrong actually down street at 300 union chapel. We only found it because there was no place to turn trailer around and just came across the lot.

MICHAEL OBrayden was exceptional and extremely helpful...but my U-Haul experience was awful overall. 1) Have accurate inventory online 2) When reservations are modified, be aware of and modified associated/reserved supplies along with the truck 3) Keep dollies in ALL trucks regardless of in town or not 4) Discuss charges with the customer before they leave the store upon return of the rental or call to discuss if inspection must be done later 5) Request customer call backs via SMS during actual business hours so the customer can actually be addressed versus cycled through a call center *my complaints and suggestions are NOT location specific...they are systemic
