HARSHPREET SThe instructions on the U-Haul app did not match the pick up procedures at this location. Not sure if that's a U-Haul issue but the lock was actually located on a sign and not attached to the truck latch as shown in the instructions. This added stress to an already stressful morning. In my haste and frustration to find the key, I didn't think to grab the lock and put it on the truck so ended up without a way to secure the back and my belongings during the move. If i hadn't been flustered because of car trouble maybe it would have been more clear, but this could be improved.
