I only recommend it because the trailer was was checked before my two-day limit. It took several hours to check-in. The drop off is a gravel yard with a phone number and a answer machine.

Overall terrible rental. I requested a 10 ft truck and received a 26ft truck. No one at the facility. Was charged insurance that I did not request. Thomas in management said he was typing an email as we spoke explaining I will receive credit for the insurance, never received an email. I used at least twice as much gas as I had budgeted for in having to use the 26 ft truck versus the 10ft truck. Thomas said it was against policy to credit back gas costs. My extra expense was caused by you inefficiency to get my reservation correct. Also, thomas was rude to boot. I’ll never use U-Haul again. Go Penske!!! I will be posting this on social media as well. Good day!!

Wilson MTrailer was very musty smelling at pick up. Several boxes got wet because of a leak in the trailer. Passenger side lights didn’t work. Also, no personnel present to ensure proper connection and hook up or swap trailers because of the smell and non functioning lights.
