CHRISTIAN KIt should be listed in your online information that this location does not provide pick up unless the office is open. This particular place is only open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and it opens after 11 o’clock. I needed to rent a truck by nine when I got there, none of the information U-Haul offered online was correct. U-Haul should understand how each of its locations works, and then provide the customer with correct information.

Gary SThis person running this U-haul location, is a very rude unproffesional person. They didnt bother to check in the truck I had dropped off on time, which led me to have to track the truck still sitting on the parking lot for several days after the drop off date. They then charged my credit card a fraudulant charge of $6.00 claiming that I went 6 miles over the expected range, after the head office had to contact them. I have consistenly rented U-haul trucks for the last 30 years, and never have been late, or went over the expected mileage, and always filled the gas tank to the appropriate level. U-haul should evaluate the people they entrust better, handling their trucks and equipment. This will definetely have me thinking twice before using this company again.

jessica bAgent failed to check in vehicle. Got a nastygram wanting to know why i had'nt returned the vehicle, when I actually returned it a day early. Now I just got anktger charge for $119...for what? Vehicle was returned undamaged and with the same fuel level as I received it.
Ward RThe drop off location was fine and there were no issues. However, because of the failure to honor my original reservation at my originally scheduled pick-up location, I will NEVER recommend U-Haul to anyone!

Dannette SDon't confirm pickup and drop-off locations with customers then change drop-off location after the fact, and tell customers they must drive an extra 250 miles to a different drop-off location.
Andrew NAdditional training on the U-Haul web portal. It took almost an hour to get through the process and we only got through it period because I could see the screen and was pointing him which way to go and which buttons to click, it still wasn't done with the options I wanted, but by that point I needed to be on my way.
Chris KYou should have more availability at this location. They only have one truck and all the rest are trailers. Other than that the move was smooth and simple. They did end up charging me for two days but it was pretty simple to get it fixed.
