It was the only location where I live. So had to use them Vehicle was clean but mirrors had to adjust and engine sounded like it was running bad and very rough running.
Victor HSam did an excellent job checking us in and making us feel comfortable during the check in process. She'd only been on the job 1 month and she was able to set us up for success. Thank you Sam. I had reserved for Mammoth which was closer to where we live: June Lake, and I will say I was disappointed that we had to drive 77 miles each way to Hawthorne to pick up the truck. The guy at the Mammoth Uhaul location was dismissive and rude and not interested in helping me at all when I called to check on the reservation. No points for the Mammoth Uhaul location. He did not want to rent to us at all.
KIRSTEN DThe first unit rented had a bad tiedown rachet. It was traded for another rental unit that worked well. Good customer service.
Connie WThe owner of B&C Estates went way above and beyond! Since the time I reserved both 26' truck and car trailer Brian and Nick were awesome. At one point (this part is important, since B&C Estates's operation is in a very small town, 2 hours from anything, literally!) The day before my journey (moving from Nevada to Nebraska 1,500 miles), the car trailer was given to a customer that wrecked it! So, they needed to exchange the car trailer. U-haul corp. told them to take the only one at B&C Estates (in the middle of the night), the one I reserved! The next morning Brian found out and drove 180 miles to ensure I had a car trailer by 2 pm. Exceptional service, please let him know that I appreciate him so much!! Thank you, Burton
