Tim P.The Lady that owns that location came we let her know I had made online reservations for 1130am to pick up I got there 1125am. She replied I'm closed I said we just made the reservation and was told you was open. She said I don't work for U-Haul this is my business and I'm closed very rudely. I told my son get in the car I was going to call the 1800 number and I told as a business owner she was unprofessional and got in my car. she comes to my window knocks and says I can do it. That was the only one in the area for that day and because I needed to move I went ahead and got it but I will not be doing business again.
danrica S.Harold almost backed the truck into our car with myself and our 1 year old in it. He didn't even look up or notice my car there THE ENTIRE TIME. And his response to our being upset was “oh†and he walked away from us. This was after we found out we were being charged an extra $100 because we couldn't return the truck after hours and had to wait until the next day. UNBELIEVABLE.

It took me 100 miles round trip, and $400 extra dollars in movers fees since they had to wait almost 4 hours at my house while I went on a wild goose chase to get a truck I had reservations for for two weeks. I'm extremely dissatisfied.

Michael R.On the phone I told the guy exactly everything I had to be moved, he tells me the truck he put me down for was going to be perfect. No it was a lot smaller than perceived and there was no way an entire house of furniture was going to fit without making 10 trips.

DAVID G.My reservation was for 8am when they open. The the gentleman pulled up late to open this location. He was very short in response and slow. If you have a schedule to stick to I wouldn't recommend this location. I didn't leave this location until 8:40 ish. I was able to return the Uhaul before my scheduled return time. When I did get there he was working with a customer outside with dry ice and said he'd get there in a min. This location needs more staff and better customer service skills. Will pick another location next time!

Chaise T.Refer them to another location. I needed a utility dolly and this location didn't notify me until I went to pick up my truck that they didn't have any. I would say that was a bit unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Jamie F.I reserved a dolly and the van ahead of time. When I arrived for a pickup, I was told that the dolly is not available. The dolly was as essential for me as the van and it created quite a problem for me. If I would have been told that it is not available while scheduling, I would pick another location or took care of it. Also, I have not received the final invoice through email and the application does not allow me to see one. That is a major flaw in your system!!!
Radim K.The approval process using the app slow and cumbersome. It took 30 minutes for me to be approved. This approval process should be done ahead of time so when you arrive you can pick up the key and go.

Brandy C L.I did not know that if I picked it up at 10;30 it had to be back by 10:30 so I am charged 20$ for other day for 4 hours which is fine I should have known better I guess. Not really happy with the additional $8 for coverage but what ever I did not realize that a trailer is not tall enough to haul a refridgerator until I started loading it. that really screwed my moving plans I will have to make another trip back with an empty truck to take care of that.
