The website was stupid, made me put in all this info and it made me 20 mins late to pick it up, then I tried to pay for it and it made me pay before I even got the truck, and yall did not tell me where to go, I checked every store in the complex and the last one was the place with the U-Haul. Then when I dropped it off it tried to make me pay $40, like come on
