The truck could be cleaner, windshield cleaned, inside cab area be cleaned out. Truck full of gas when picked up n communicate to customer that truck must be full when dropped off.. Handling of the truck was terrible. No cruise. Radio didnt work.Allen A.

This was the first time I used the 24/7 drop off. It was very convenient. I was just surprised that I wasn't dropping off at a uhaul â€œstoreâ€. I circled around the parking lot wondering where to drop off but I saw 2 other uhauls and decided it must be okay to leave it there. The online return and submitting pictures made me feel better about dropping off the uhaul to an empty Bargain Hunters parking lot.Laura M.

The truck was filthy and clearly had not even been checked before renting it out to us. There was even a rotten chicken bone in the cab of the truck. This was very repulsive and should never happen, but especially in these days of covid and the standard of cleanliness that should be expected for safety issues. The gas tank was not full either, which we made sure was noted for the return. The back of the truck was covered in some sort of drywall dust or something and the wall of the truck looked like it had blood splashed on it (I'm hoping it was paint). Just a mess overall and we had to clean it before loading our stuff or driving in it.Richard W.
Price was ridiculously expensive, makes me rethink continuing to rent from uhaul. Trailer was not very well maintained, tires were iffy at best, trailer had lots of caulking on seams, looks well used, parking brake didnt work.JEREMY N.
I had to unload the trailer myself. No one was available to unhook and lift the trailer off the hitch. Not the best thing for someone like me with screws and steel rods and plates in my back and neck.Richard M.

There are a number of Uhaul locations in town which seem to be loosely coordinated. I thought I was going to need the truck on the 23rd, but found that I needed it earlier. I kept getting references to my reservation for the 23rd even after I had the truck. The truck was new and well maintained.Dan S.

Truck was filthy, candy stuck to the floor, smelled of cigarettes and had cigarette ashes everywhere. The uhaul box was dirty and not been swept. The uhaul rep where I picked up my truck was on her phone and distracted. Didn't have anything ready to go.Jenni S.

The person at the location was not able to process the rental - I'm sure that this will be fixed soon. I had to go to another location to do the paperwork and then return to Bargain Hunters to get the trailer. And then, they couldn't hook up the lights, so I drove 150 miles without lights on the trailer. I did get the trailer and it worked perfectly, so I'm happy about that.don W.

We were emailed a different location for pick up then bargain hunters. The location we went to the first time, the staff was rude and disorganized. There was no confirmation phone call with time and location to pick up the U-Haul. We were then told we would receive a $50 credit and then we were still charged the full amount. The Bargain Hunters location was again disorganized and dirty. I would not recommend either location.Terrie W.
