Location hard to find when you’re looking for other U-Haul trucks. This is a retail store in a strip mall. Just not what I was expecting.

Kristi CLocation didn’t open until 10:30, a lady had called me the day before to recommend using auto checkout option which was fine although, I said I would like it at 8am and she indicated that was fine, scheduled pickup was 10am and I couldn’t get it until an hour earlier. I was also missing the appliance dolly as ordered which added 6 miles to my trip to go back and pick it up once they opened, of course I was charged for the mileage overage of 10 miles….
