Karen SThe gentleman there was polite and professional, identified an area to drop the trailer and informed me that the turn in process was through the app. Fortunately I had enough signal to download the app as turn in required me to upload 5 pictures of the trailer to show the condition.

Dennis SAt time of rental I was instructed to put $50.00 worth of gas in the truck at the rental facility which is also a gas station/convenience mart. I drove the truck only 57 miles an did not use even 1/2 of the gas yet was not given any credit for it plus insurance was added which I declined at time of reservation. I was ripped off.

Zachary BThere was no information to refer to in print. The person in the convenience Mart of marathon who was renting it to me just had it on his phone. I could not see what it said. I did not get a document to take with me. I did not get an itemized list of additional charges that were added when I brought the truck back. I had unexpected expenses on the trip home and even though this person at marathon had my credit card on file, he grabbed my check from State Farm that I told him that I was going to go deposit and pay him the next day. He took that check home with him. He had no right to do that. I came back the next day and told him I was calling the police if he did not return my check so I could deposit it. He did not want to give it to me, but finally he held it out to me and I grabbed it and rolled my window up in my car as I was sitting in my car he placed his hands on the top of my car to keep me from moving And wanted to keep talking. I’ve made it clear. I was going to cash the check or deposit the check so that he could use the card number on file for the expenses however, I do insist upon a written account of what those extra expenses are I have yet to receive those. I would like to receive those by mail at 2 805 RYLE E Court, Greenwood, IN 46143 at which time I will review them and if I agree with that I will pay I felt threatened by this man, placing his hands on my car on the top of my car as I was sitting in the car, I rolled my window down, only a crack to talk to him, and he wanted me to roll it down more. I was very very uncomfortable. He was very overbearing And aggressive with me. I will never go to that marathon station and certainly will never rent another U-Haul there that is my experience I would not recommend that U-Haul rental to anyone ever ever ever!
