I told them to remove the $7 charge for the dolly that I did not use and did not break the seal of the dolly and yet they still charge me the $7 for the dolly

Location and people were awesome, but the Uhaul app sucks as it doesn't' work ever!!!!!
Rodney HThe address that it routed my team and I to was about 15-20 minutes away from the actual drop off location. In addition there’s really no direct identification of where to leave the vehicles. The area was very clean but we didn’t interact with any personnel so I don’t know if they are helpful
