Hello. The cleaning charges should have been paid by the people before me. It was a little dirty inside, but more on the outside( it appeared it had been stuck in the mud). I informed the person over the phone about this before I drove it from Madison County. She will remember that the gps would not recognize the location of pickup. The business was closed, so I had to call her to get access to the key. I answered the online questionnaire when I dropped it off and I said it needed cleaning, thinking you already had a record of it. I guess the system thinks I was saying I got it dirty. Truck seemed old and felt a bit old - especially after last rental from same location was near new truck that drove better. Headlights were very dim. Truck had less than 1/4 tank when I picked up. Despite driving a round trip of 9 miles - had to get gas before making initial destination (4 miles from pickup location). Prior experience was much better.Garett M.
The AC in the truck was not working. Only blowing hot air. The fuel was not full at pickup. Just over half full. I returned it full, however.Cris W.
Only issue I had was that I was charger for a protection plan that I didnt want when I made my reservation online I declined the plan I noticed once I looked at my statement it was added.MARIO B.

Help the customer disconnect the trailer and back it into the parking place. I was told to do this myself. Wasn't that bad. But the experience would have been perfect had they helped me. Very nice building and location!JOHN T.

Incredibly poor customer service. Upon arrival to pick unit up, I was handed a sheet of paper with â€œhelpful hintsâ€. And the unit number circled so I could go out to the lot and find it myself. I was not helped or even instructed as to the correct process of hooking the trailer to my truck. Needles to say, it was a much different Locking hitch that I have ever used and didn't properly lock. After approximately 100 feet from the exit, the trailer came unhooked from my truck. Praise God that a Madison County sheriff's deputy pulled up behind me and after 30 minutes of him trying to figure out the hitch lock, he secured the trailer to my truck. The following morning I he keep the haul website and it stated that this location was closed on Saturday and Sunday. I was not informed of any drop off procedures for Saturday return when I rented this unit. Not from usual website OR the receptionist at the rental location. Because it was closed, I waited until Monday morning to return the unit. I was informed at THAT time, I would be charged for 4 days of rental and protection coverage. Pick up was Friday 8/28/2020 at 2:06. Returned Monday, 8/31/2020 due to NO FAULT OF MY OWN, and charged $115 for a $32 rental trailer! This is beyond the typical description of â€œpoor customer serviceâ€. I personally will NEVER use Barnett's body shop or rent a unsullied from this location again. I have NEVER had a bad experience renting from other locations in the past. I PROMISE I will blow up social media with this experience from this particular location if I am not satisfied..Michele L.
