patricia jUhaul was supposed to call by Friday, December 23rd if there were changes to our reservation. We received a call 15 minutes before our pickup time notifying us that there were no trucks available at our pickup destination and that we’d have to travel 20 additional miles to find one. Customer service did end up getting us a closer one although it was twice the size. More timely communication would have been helpful

GERBERT LThe place was closed and I had to do online pick up. I called two days before to make sure everthing was good. But when I arrived to pick up truck, They did not have the appliance dolly, furniture dolly and furniture pads that I requested. I had to drive to a seperate location in order to get the equipment. Obviously they do not care about customer service.

William BThe owners decided to take on a Uhaul franchise, don't care to hear how busy you are and are the only one that knows how to check people out for Uhaul. Maybe you need to share the wisdom. Second time renting a trailer from this location and you have to tell them to come outside to hook you up.

robert cThe trailers do not have a jack and you must lift them up to place them on the hitch. Larger trailers are heavy.

Aretha WThere should be a device to help lift and move the tongue of this VERY HEAVY trailer (6X12). One normal adult cannot do it without help. I had to use my car's jack.

JOHN WWhen we ordered the uhaul it was close to our house but when it was time to pick it up they move it 30 miles out of our way. This was very disappointing. When I called to ask them why they said if you want it you have to pick up in Flowood.

James HThere was no one there to direct me in getting the truck. A tow truck person or Barnetts happened to be there to call his boss and tell us where to find the keys. I took the truck then was called 3 hours later that my reservation had been canceled - even though the truck was in my possession

QUINTON Mwe had a hard time getting trailer lights to work....I didn't have time for them to troubleshoot it....Eventually before I left from my house they came on....It wasn't my truck( I doubled checked it with another trailer) trailers of this weight should have a jack on them......just sayin'

Latasha MWas the closest and better of the locations I had to choose from. Not sure how I was suppose to clean a 15’ truck in freezing weather so that was kind of crazy to be charged a cleaning fee but oh well. Rather pay that then figure out how to do that myself.
